To clarify, when the sister looked at this, there wasn't any text on the map. Also, I think she said is this a piece to honor the Hsinchu church, not is this a map of Taiwan...
Ooohh... well THAT explains it. I was just about to ask how in the world this could possibly happen. But now I can see how without the text, any person could totally confuse this for Taiwan. Thanks for the clarification! =)
